Welcome to Southern Lane Homes! Located on Floyd Street in the Historic District of Covington, Georgia. This 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom Duplex is perfect for families big and small, friend groups, girls trips, Vampire Diaries fans, Sweet Magnolia fans, and more.
This duplex is divided into two 2 bedroom/2 bathroom sides with a full living room, kitchen and dining area per side with each side having its own outside back deck. No shared inside spaces. The full house can also be rented as a whole for larger groups or multiple family friend groups. (Side A- Magnolia on Floyd/Side B- Vervain on Floyd)
Your Southern Lane Home amenities begin with an outside deck with table and chairs along with a front porch with rocking chairs to sit and enjoy the day. Inside there is a living area with Smart TVs, couch, and games. Each bedroom is also fully equipped with Smart TVs.
We also offer a golf cart (additional qualifications and rules apply) to tour the town and drive to all the town square’s restaurants and close by locations and activities.
